Apple handles App Store subscription billing, payment methods, purchase confirmation, cancellation, and refund requests. Deleting the app or your KcalTap account does not cancel an Apple subscription.
Privacy & data
KcalTap includes export and account-deletion controls. Email support for access, correction, deletion, privacy, or suspected unauthorized-disclosure requests.
Not emergency or medical support
KcalTap support cannot diagnose, treat, monitor, prescribe, provide medical clearance, verify allergens, or respond in real time. For urgent symptoms or emergencies, contact appropriate emergency or clinical services.
Helpful to include
- A short subject and description of what happened.
- The app version and build number.
- The feature you were using and the steps that led to the issue.
- A screenshot only when it does not expose information you do not want to share.
Please do not send
- Passwords, verification codes, recovery links, or authentication tokens.
- Full payment-card numbers, bank credentials, or government identifiers.
- Medical records or sensitive details that are not needed to explain the issue.
